Rescue 1 is a special response vehicle. It is equipped with various tools and other equipment for different types of incidents. Our Water/Dive rescue team equipment includes: 5 complete sets of S.C.U.B.A. gear, rescue ropes, rescue disks, and a rescue-com communication device. Most of the Hazardous Materials teams equipment: Level - A HAZMAT suits, Level B suits, and necessary equipment for a decontamination line. Trench Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, High Angle Rescue, and Rope Rescue equipment and various specialty tools are also carried on this unit. In the rear of this unit also contains the Mobile Command Post, with most of the MSDS for the township, various communication devices.
